MASTERPLAN
Urban green spaces play a key role in improving the liveability of our towns and cities. The design intention was to dedicate a quarter of the 3.7 hectare plot flanking the major commercial belt in the city to an open green public plaza. This was possible through the intensification of the required massing.
A similar kind of green public space is brought up into the high-rise mega blocks with the introduction of the sky deck on the eleventh storey.
Accessible only by residents and office workers, the lush landscaped decks offer a respite from the frenzy of the urban city.
