The four-storey facility block is a co-located project that consolidates multiple support facilities and departments within the existing Alexandra Hospital campus. By bringing these functions under one roof, the project freed up space on the campus for the development of the new Alexandra Integrated Hospital.

The ground floor features a multi-activity space positioned between a relocated rehabilitation clinic and a childcare facility, forming an open gateway to the adjacent railway corridor. The building’s design incorporates precast reinforced concrete façade panels, inspired by the silhouettes of surrounding trees, along with terracotta parapets that complement the low-rise pitched roofs of nearby colonial-era houses. Upcycled trees have been repurposed in the foyer and clinic areas, fostering a natural and soothing environment.
